promote consumer loyalty programs. The company's management &

“i-mint”, the loyalty program managed by LSRL is India's first nationwide
coalition loyalty and consumer rewards program, where a large number of
companies have come together under a single brand. LSRL offers to
manage loyalty programs of partner organizations such as Air India, Airtel,
HPCL, ICICI Bank, and Make my trip.com and over 2000 other entities who
have signed up with LSRL for managing their loyalty programs.
I-Mint has recently been acquired by PayBack of Germany which is
Germany´s leading loyalty program.
Designation Business Manager - Product Marketing
Job Description Position Overview :

Will focus on creating consumer marketing products and managing
business around the same.



Role : Working on new product initiatives, existing product marketing,
enhancing experience around the program.

Travel : 10 – 20%

Process knowledge : should have decent knowledge of excel, PPT, word, Go
to market strategy, product launch and management, pricing, business
modeling.


Critical Responsibilities :

Work on the following areas and take ownership

New product initiatives for cosumer market
Liaison with external clients / partners to initiate roll out of new product
features / products / initiatives
Own the consumer experience around merchant products (products or
features driven through merchants ) like OTC, points gateway, real time burn
and support the redemption team in taking the product marketing efforts to
market
Work on business models for new initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Work towards team co-ordination for all reporting related to product team
and champion the reporting practices in the product marketing team.
Prepare BRDs, product documents, white papers.

Desired Profile Functional Competencies:

Proficient in MS office, Presentation skills, PPT, excel, excellent in word
documents
Must have good command over English else he / she would not be
considered for the position at all.
Should have worked as product executive in the past but wants to move in to
consumer marketing
Candidate already into product development or product marketing with an
online portal or working with a large format retail chain as a category
manager – shopper stop kinds and wants to move up as product manager.
